Business Managed by AI Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Business Managed by AI, a DBA of Co-op Business Club LLC, registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, offers a two-tier Affiliate Program to allow participants to earn recurring commissions by referring new customers to our services. By joining the Affiliate
Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a country where participation in affiliate
programs is legal.
Affiliates must have a valid account with Business Managed by AI and provide accurate payment information for commission payouts via PayPal or bank transfer.
Co-op Business Club LLC reserves the right to approve or reject affiliate applications at its discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Two-Tier Structure:
Tier 1:
Fully Digital Products: Affiliates may earn up to 20% commission on all payments (initial and recurring) for referred customers who subscribe to fully digital products, such as the Business Managed by AI Beta Program, for as long as the referred customer remains an active member.
Other Services: Affiliates may earn up to 10% commission on all payments (initial and recurring, if applicable) for referred customers who purchase events or managed services, for as long as the referred customer remains an active member.
Tier 2:
Fully Digital Products: Affiliates may earn up to 5% commission on all payments (initial and recurring) for customers referred by their sub-affiliates (second-tier referrals) for fully digital products, for as long as the referred customer remains an active member.
Other Services: Affiliates may earn up to 5% commission on all payments (initial and recurring, if applicable) for customers referred by their sub-affiliates for events or managed services, for as long as the referred customer remains an active member.
Commissions are recurring for as long as the referred customer maintains an active subscription to a recurring service.
Commissions are calculated based on the net amount paid by the referred customer, excluding taxes, fees, or refunds.
Commission rates are subject to change with notice provided to affiliates via email or the affiliate portal.
3. Referral Process
Affiliates will receive a unique referral link or code to track referred customers and sub-affiliates.
A referral is valid when a new customer signs up for a paid service using your referral link or code and completes their first payment.
Tier 2 commissions are earned when a sub-affiliate, recruited via your referral link, refers a paying customer.
Commissions are earned only for new customers who have not previously subscribed to Business Managed by AI services.
4. Payment Terms
Commissions are paid monthly in USD via PayPal or bank transfer, provided the affiliate’s earned commissions meet a minimum threshold of $100.
Payments are processed within 30 days of the end of the month in which the referred customer’s payment is received.
Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, fees, or costs associated with receiving commissions.
Co-op Business Club LLC is not responsible for inability to pay commissions due to legal restrictions, banking issues, or other factors beyond our control, including but not limited to sanctions, regional regulations, or payment platform limitations.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must promote Business Managed by AI in a professional and lawful manner, complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of residence.
You may not use misleading, false, or deceptive marketing practices, including spamming, unsolicited emails, or misrepresentation of our services.
Affiliates are prohibited from using their own referral links to earn commissions on their personal purchases or those of their sub-affiliates.
6. Program Restrictions
Participation is open to individuals worldwide, provided it is legal in their country of residence. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
Commissions are not earned on refunded, canceled, or fraudulent transactions.
Co-op Business Club LLC reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions if a referral violates these terms or is deemed invalid.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.
Co-op Business Club LLC may terminate an affiliate’s participation for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion.
Upon termination, unpaid commissions above the $100 minimum threshold will be paid out within 30 days, provided no violations have occurred.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Co-op Business Club LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program, including inability to pay commissions due to external restrictions. Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the affiliate portal, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
